Tithing, meaning giving a tenth, is just the start of our giving journey, not the limit. As Jesus' followers, inspired by His generosity, we recognize that all we have is God's. Tithing is our responsibility to our local church, reminding us of this truth. Beyond that, offerings and other forms of giving are chances to bless others and embrace further financial generosity.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church directs these funds towards communities and global missions, and also values your time and talents alongside monetary contributions.
"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
